变形链球菌黏附对铜铝合金、钴铬合金表面粗糙度影响的初步研究

摘    要:目的研究变形链球菌黏附对铜铝合金、钴铬合金表面粗糙度的影响。方法用6JA型干涉显微镜测量金属试件的表面粗糙度,了解变形链球菌黏附铜铝合金、钴铬合金表面一段时间后,金属表面粗糙度的变化。结果钴铬合金试件空白组、实验组6周、10周3组金属试件表面粗糙度(Rz)均值总体之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。铜铝合金试件空白组、实验组(8周)、对照组(8周)3组金属试件Rz均值总体之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),两两比较,各组间差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论变形链球菌黏附钴铬合金表面短时间内金属表面粗糙度无明显变化,黏附铜铝合金表面粗糙度变化明显。

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between Streptococcus mutans' adhesion and surface roughness of the Cu-Al alloy and Co-Cr alloy.Methods We measured the surface roughness of the metal pieces by 6JA interference microscope and investigated the alteration of the surface roughness of metal pieces after Streptococcus mutans' adhesion to the surface of the Cu-Al alloy and Co-Cr alloy.Results For six weeks,and ten weeks Co-Cr alloy,blank control group and metal control groups showed no influence on Rz value(P>0.05).As for Cu-Al alloy,the Rz values of the metal control groups without bacteria were significantly different from those of blank control groups(P<0.05) and metal control groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the no alteration of the surface roughness after Streptococcus mutans'adhesion to Co-Cr alloy for some time,the surface roughness of the Cu-Al alloy altered significantly.
