摘    要:目的:寻求修复髓室底穿孔较理想的修复材料。方法:在离体牙上采用染料渗入法检测LGIC、CPC、HA、LCR和LCH修复髓室底穿孔后的渗漏情况。结果:5组穿孔修复材料的渗漏,从小到大排列顺序为:LGIC组、CPC组、LCH组、LCR组和HA组,5组间渗漏差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。LGIC组和CPC组之间渗漏差异无显著性(P>0.05),两组渗漏均明显小于LCH组、LCR组和HA组(P<0.01)。结论:LGIC、CPC修复髓室底穿孔具有良好的边缘密封性。

Abstract:Objective: To explore a better material for repairing perforation of pulp bottom. Methods: Appliation ofpenetration test to measure effusion in repairing perforation of pulp bottom with light-cured glass ionomer cement,calciumphosphate cement, hydroxylapatite, light-cured composite resin and light-cured calcium hydroxide in extracted teeth.Results: Restoration effusion valuesof five groups in sequence from small to large were LGIC group, CPC group, LCHgroup, LCR group and HA group. The differences in dye effusion of the five groups were statistically significant (P<0.01),The differences in dye effusion betweem the LGIC group and CPC group were of no statistical significance (P>0.05),andtheir dye effusion was all significantly lower than that of LCH group, LCR group and HA group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Light-cured glass ionomer cement and calcium phosphate cement both had excellent sealability in repairing perforation ofpulp bottom.
