HEMA-胶原抗菌药物缓释膜的制备与性能测定

目的 :研制甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯 (HEMA) 胶原抗菌药物缓释膜 ,考察其各项性能 ,为进一步应用于临床奠定基础。方法 :制备包裹有磺胺嘧啶银 (SD Ag)的HEMA 胶原抗菌药物缓释膜 ,测定膜的物理特性、载药量和包裹率等 ,并采用动态透析法考察体外药物释放特性。结果 :制备后得到乳白色半透明状、均匀有弹性的凝胶膜状物。平均载药率为 4.97% ,平均包裹率为 99.3 4%。体外 4h内释放接近 5 0 %的SD Ag ,8h内释放近70 % ,48h释放 99%以上的药物。结论 :此制备方法简单快速 ,成膜性好。HEMA 胶原抗菌药物缓释膜的体外累积释放量测定结果明显好于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。

Preparation and characteristics test of HEMA-collagen and antibacterial medicine sustained-release membrane

Objective:To prepare HEMA-collagen and antiba ct erial medicine sustained-release membrane and to test its characteristics. Methods: HEMA-collagen membrane encapsulating silver sulfadiazine (S D-Ag)was prepared. The physical properties, drug content, encapsulation were de tected with ultraviolet spectrometer and the drug release in vitrowas measu red by dynamic dialysis. Results:The membrane was ivory, translu cence, uniform and elastic.The average drug content was 4.97%,encapsulation was 99.34%,and almost 50% of SD-Ag was sustained-released in 4 hours in vitro, 70% in 8 hours, 99% in 48 hours. Conclusion: The preparing meth od is simple,rapid and accurate, and the release of drug from the preparation ca n be sustained for longer time.
