摘    要:目的:评价CT在诊断维生素K缺乏致颅内出血中的价值。方法:回顾性分析36例有完整临床及影像资料的维生素K缺乏致颅内出血病例的临床CT表现。结果:蛛网膜下腔为最常见出血部位,其次为硬膜下、脑实质及脑室,脑室内出血可伴有梗阻性脑积水。脑缺氧缺血性病变为本病常见改变,可表现为一侧大脑半球梗死。结论:CT能快速准确显示出血部位、出血量并能显示脑缺氧缺血性病变、脑水肿、脑梗死等并发症,对临床早期诊断及判断预后有重要意义,可作为本病的首选检查。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage due to delayed vitamin K deficiency. Methods: Thirty-six cases of intracranial hemorrhage due to delayed vitamin K deficiency were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were confirmed by clinical data and CT. Results: Subarachnoid hemorrhage was most commonly seen- followed by subdural hemorrhage- intracerebral hemorrhage and intraventricular hemorrhage. Intraventicular hemorrhage often accompanied by obstructive hydrocephalus. Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy lesions are very common imaging findings- it may be appeared as cerebral hemisphere infarction. Conclusion: CT provides rapid and accurate information about the extent of intracranial hemorrhage- the brain injury of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy- cerebral edema and cerebral infarction- CT is valuable in early diagnosis and estimation of prognosis.
