自制接骨膏在骨伤科的临床应用效果

目的探讨自制接骨膏的制备及其在骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的178例闭合性骨折患者为研究对象,按救治先后顺序将其完全随机分成治疗组和对照组,各89例。治疗组采用自制接骨膏进行治疗,对照组服用跌打生骨胶囊进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组疼痛、肿胀、活动情况评分均显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3、4周时,两组均有骨痂生长,治疗组X线骨痂评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制接骨膏在治疗四肢及躯干闭合性骨折中的效果确切,其能够消肿止痛,促进患者骨折早日愈合,且其具有工艺简单、使用安全方便、应用范围广泛、无明显毒副作用、价格低廉等优势,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical application effect of self-made Jiegu ointment in orthopedics and traumatology department

Objective To investigate the preparation of self-made Jiegu ointment and its application effect in fracture treatment. Methods A total of 178 patients with closed fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects and completely randomized divided into treatment group and control group according to the treatment sequence, with 89 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with self-made Jiegu ointment, while the control group was treated with Dieda Shenggu capsule. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of pain, swelling and activity in the two groups decreased significantly, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). At 3 and 4 weeks of treatment, callus growth was observed in both groups, the X-ray callus score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Jiegu ointment has a definite effect in the treatment of closed fracture of limbs and trunk. It can relieve swelling and pain, promote early healing of fracture, and has the advantages of simple technology, safe and convenient use, wide application range, no obvious toxic and side effects, low price, etc. It is worthy of clinical application.
