加速康复外科在腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中的应用

目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)在腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中的应用效果。方法选取于我院46例行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的患者为研究对象,根据围手术期处理方式的不同将其分为观察组(23例,ERAS处理)和对照组(23例,常规外科处理),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组术后清醒时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后12、48h的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后β-EP、BS水平低于对照组,InS、T-AOC、GH水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ERAS应用于腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术优化了围手术期的术前、术中、术后的全过程,降低氧化应激水平,术后清醒快,并发症发生率低,可缩短患者住院时间,减少患者住院费用,患者满意度高,适合在县级医院进行推广。

Application of enhanced recovery after surgery in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair

Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair. Methods Forty-six patients underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group (23 cases, ERAS) and control group (23 cases, routine surgery) according to different perioperative management methods. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The waking time and hospitalization time after operation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the hospitalization expenses was less than the control group, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group at 12 and 48 hours after operation were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of β-EP and BS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of InS, GH and T-AOC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ERAS applied in laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair optimizes the whole process of preoperative, intraoperative and post-operative period, reduces the levels of oxidative stress, shorten the wake time after operation, and has low incidence of complications, reduces hospitalization time and hospitalization costs, and has high satisfaction of patients, which is suitable for promotion in county hospitals.
