| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血小板颗粒膜蛋白（ＧＭＰ１４０）在缺血性中风患者发病过程中的作用。方法：对３０例缺血性中风患者（观察组）和３０例健康体检者（健康对照组）采空腹静脉血３ｍｌ，用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定血小板ＧＭＰ１４０含量。结果：缺血性中风患者的血小板ＧＭＰ１４０含量〔（６０．８５±６６．４２）μｇ／Ｌ〕明显高于健康对照组〔（１６．１８±１２．１３）μｇ／Ｌ〕，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：缺血性中风患者血小板活化程度增高，在血栓形成过程中起重要作用；测定ＧＭＰ１４０含量可作为诊治缺血性中风的血液学指标之一。
