| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨气管切开与呼吸机机械通气抢救重度有机磷农药中毒（ＡＯＰＰ）致呼吸肌麻痹的疗效。方法：对６例重度ＡＯＰＰ致呼吸肌麻痹患者在综合治疗基础上，及时予气管切开，并使用全能呼吸机机械通气。结果：治愈５例，死亡１例。抢救成功率达８３．３％。结论：对重度ＡＯＰＰ患者及时行气管切开，并使用全能呼吸机机械通气，抢救效果良好。

Tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation treating 6 patients with respiratory muscle paralysis induced by organophosphorus pesticide poisoning |

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the therapeutic efficacy of tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation on respiratory muscle paralysis due to severe acute organophosphorous pesticide poisoning (AOPP).Methods:Six cases of respiratory muscle paralysis due to AOPP were treated with tracheotomy and mechanical ventilation on the basis of complex therapy.Results:Five cases were cured and 1 case died,the total curative rate was 83 3%.Conclusions:Tracheotomy in time and mechanical ventiltion provided a better effect for treating severe AOPP patients. |
