| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对宫颈癌组织的人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)分型检测,了解常州地区妇女宫颈感染 HPV 基因型的分布情况.方法 取妇女宫颈的脱落细胞,利用凯普导流杂交基因芯片技术(HybriMax)进行21种HPV亚型的检测.结果 2 061例样本中,HPV感染535例,感染率25.95%;HPV感染率排在前5位的依次是HPV16、58、52、33、31.双重感染119例,占感染例数的22.24%,三重感染27例,占感染例数的5.05%.四重感染8例,占感染例数的1.50%.五重感染1例,占感染例数的0.19%.结论 该地区妇女宫颈HPV感染率为25.95%,主要是HPV16、58,其次是HPV52、33、31;混合感染以高危型感染为主.
