精神病护理成本与现行项目价格差异的研究

目的建立合理护理服务收费标准,切实体现护理工作劳动价值,为精神病护理服务项目收费标准的调整提供依据。方法方便性抽样选择金华市第二医院精神科4个病区的相关资料,测算出精神病护理直接护理时间、间接护理时间及精神病护理实际成本,与现行项目价格进行比较。结果所测精神病护理项目其成本均高于现行项目价格标准。结论按护理成本核算,制定护理服务项目价格,有利于为患者提供更为优质的医疗护理。

Difference between Psychiatric Nursing Cost and Current Project Price

Objective To establish reasonable nursing service charge standard and embody nursing labor value, so as to provide evidence for the adjustment of psychiatric nursing services fee standards. Methods Data of four wards from Department of Psychiatry of Second Hospital of Jinhua City were analyzed to figure out the direct nursing time, indirect nursing time, and psychiatric nursing cost. Results Psychiatric nursing cost is much higher than the current project price standard. Conclusion Setting up nursing service project price according to the nursing cost was good for providing higher quality of medical care.
