年轻护士规范化培训的效果评价

摘    要:目的通过对年轻护士(护龄≤3年)实施规范化培训,使其尽快适应护士角色,胜任各项护理工作,从而为患者提供优质的护理服务。方法对2004-2009年毕业的年轻护士实施规范化培训,并使用自行设计的调查表对已完成培训的180名护士进行问卷调查,了解其对规范化培训的意见和建议。结果调查显示,年轻护士规范化培训后,其理论水平和操作技能显著提高。结论对护龄≤3年的年轻护士进行规范化培训可提高其综合素质和业务水平,促进护理队伍的建设,对提高临床护理工作质量有重要的意义。
