CT对食管癌可切除性的评价

目的探讨ＣＴ对术前判断食管癌可切除之价值。方法７０例经手术病理证实的食管癌病例，术前均进行ＣＴ平扫加增强检查。结果ＣＴ表现示主动脉受侵２０例和无受侵３０例均手术证实，２０例可疑受侵中１０例手术证实受侵，１０例未受侵。１０例气管、支气管后壁不规则，伴腔内不突起，１０例气道后壁凸面向内弧形压迹，５例肿块与气道间脂肪间隙消失，病理证实７例气道受侵，１８例无受侵。结论ＣＴ能较确切显示食管癌对相邻纵隔结构的

Assesment of esophageocarcinoma resectability by CT

Purpose To evaluate the role of CT in the preoperative assessment of esophageocarcinoma resectability. Methods 70 cases of esophageocarcinoma (confirmed surgicopathologically)underwent both plain and enhanced CT scans. Results On CT,20 caese were found to have invaded the aorta,with 30 cases sparing the aorta.The remaining 20 cases were in- conclusive on CT and had not involved the aorta in 10 cases on surgery respectively. Posterior wall irregularities with small intraluminal protrusions of the trachea and bronchi were found in 10 cases, inward compression of the posterior wall of the airway was found in 10 cases, disappearance of fat space between the esophageal mass and the airway was found in 5 cases on CT. Only 7 of the above 25 cases involved the airway were confirmed by surgicopathologically. Conclusion CT was fairly accurate in the depiction of adjacent mediastinum invasion by esophageocarcinoma,and thus helpful in the preoperative assessment of tumor resectability.
