乳腺隐匿性肿块的术前超声引导定位

目的探讨临床扪诊阴性的乳腺小肿块手术前超声引导定位的价值。方法应用高频探头引导对23例女性患者的39个临床扪诊阴性的乳腺病灶行手术前体表定位或加注美蓝。结果39个肿块按超声定位的范围全部被准确切除,病理结果为良性病变。结论高分辨率超声能显示隐匿性病灶,定位准确,操作方便,安全、经济,具有实用意义。

Preoperative localization of breast occult lesions with ultrasonography

Objective To discuss the value of ultrasound guided localization of small breast occult lesion which was negative in clinical palpation. Methods Twenty-three women with 39 breast occult lesion which were negative in clinical palpation were examined with high frequency ultrasonography. The location of the lesion was signed at body surface or injected mythylene blue under ultrasound guidance before operation. Results All 39 lesions were excised accurately according to the range that localized with ultrasonography. Pathological results showed all the benign lesions. Conclusions High frequency ultrasound can show and localize breast occult lesions accurately. It is of practical value for its easiness to operate, safe and, economic profile.
