摘    要:目的探讨不同容积注射器放射性残留量对患者核医学检查效果的影响及总结护理要点。方法取1mL、2mL、2.5mL和5mL各20支,每个规格的注射器各抽吸放射性锝(99mTcO-4)淋洗液25mCi20次,再将99mTcO-4淋洗液全部注回99mTcO-4淋洗液量杯内,测量注射器残留放射性活度,比较各规格注射器内残留放射性活度。结果不同规格注射器内残留放射性活度间比较,差异有统计学意义,5mL﹥2.5mL﹥2mL〉1mL。结论核医学科临床工作中,应尽量选择小规格的注射器;采用静脉注射后回抽血再注射,可以降低注射器残留放射性活度,保证剂量准确性,确保核医学检查的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of residue level of radioactivity in different syringes of different volumes on nuclear medical examination and to summarize highlights of nursing. Methods 80 syringes of different volumes, 20 each at 1mL, 2 mL, 2.5 mL and 5 mL, were used to draw elution of technetium pertechnetate 25 mCi and the elution was injected to a measuring glass, which was repeated 20 times for each syringe. The remnant radioactivity in each syringe was measured and compared between the syringes of different sizes. Result The differences of remnant radioactivity from the syringes of different volumes were significant and the radioactivity was reduced in a sequence from 5 mL to 1 mL. Conclusion In clinical work of nuclear medicine practice, smaller volume syringes are suggested to decrease the remnant radioactivity and ensure the accuracy of nuclear medical examination.
