摘    要:目的]探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗对脑挫裂伤患者认知功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响.方法]96例脑挫裂伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组各48例.两组患者均接受常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上接受HBO治疗.治疗前及3个月后分别使用蒙特利尔评估量表(MoCA)和Barthel指数对两组患者进行认知功能和日常生活活动能力评定.结果]治疗前两组患者MoCA及Barthel指数分值比较无显著性差异( P >0.05),治疗3个月后观察组MoCA及Barthel指数分值均增加,与治疗前和对照组同期比较均有显著差异( P <0.01或 P <0.05).结论]HBO能有效改善脑挫裂伤患者的认知功能,提高ADL.

Abstract:Objective]To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on cognitive function and activity of daily living(ADL) of patients with cerebral contusion and laceration. Methods] A total of 96 patients with cerebral contusion and laceration were randomly assigned to observation group( n =48) and control group ( n=48). The control group was treated with routine therapy, while the observation group was treated with HBO in addition to the routine treatments. Cognition function was evaluated before and 3 months after HBO treatment by Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA), while ADL was evaluated by Barthel index. Results] There was no significant difference in the scores of MoCA and Barthei index before treatment between two groups( P 〉0. 055. The scores of MoCA and Barthel index in observation group 3 months after treatment in creased, and there was significant difference between the observation group after treatment and the observation group before treatment or control group at the same stage( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). Conclusion] HBO treat- ment can effectively improve cognitive function and ADL in patient with cerebral contusion and laceration.
