髋臼骨内腱鞘囊肿的综合影像学诊断

【目的】探讨髋臼骨内腱鞘囊肿的影像学特点。【方法】回顾性分析本院2000年9月至2008年4月经病理证实的6例髋臼骨内腱鞘囊肿的影像学资料，6例均行X线平片和CT检查，其中3例行MRI检查。【结果】6例病人X线平片显示6个病灶，CT显示8个病灶。病灶呈圆形、类圆形，边界清楚，有薄层硬化缘。MRI显示病灶以液体信号为主，其内见有混杂信号。其中1例CT、MRI显示双侧囊肿均与髋关节相通。【结论】X线检查简单易行，可作为髋臼骨内腱鞘囊肿的首选影像学检查方法。CT、MRI在检出病灶方面优于X线检查，且可确定病变性质，有助于做出正确的诊断。

Imaging Diagnosis of Intraosseous Ganglion Cyst in the Acetabulum

Objective] To study the X-ray, CT and MRI features of intraosseous ganglion cysts in the acetabulum. Methods] The X-ray films and CT and MRI images of 6 cases of intraosseous ganglion cysts previously confirmed pathologically were reviewed retrospectively. Results]Six lesions were showed in the plain films of six cases, eight in the CT images, with clear and sclerotic edges. One patient showed both intraosse ous ganglion cysts in bilateral acetabulums communicating with hip joints on CT and MRI images. MRI showed liquid signal mixed with heterogeneous signals on T2 weighted images. Conclusion] X-ray is simple and easy to perform and can be the first of choice of image examination for intraosseous ganglion cysts. CT and MRI are more sensitive and valuable for most patients.
