目的]探讨促红细胞生成素肝细胞受体（EphA2）与血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在卵巢癌腹水中的表达及相关性。方法]采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）技术检测13例卵巢癌腹水中EphA2及VEGF浓度，分析两者的相关性及与临床病理特征的关系。结果]EphA2和 VEGF 在腹水中表达存在正相关性（ P ＜0．05）。EphA2和VEGF表达与卵巢癌的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移相关（ P均＜0．05），两者表达均与患者年龄无关（ P＞0．05）。结论]EphA2与VEGF在腹水中可能形成相互作用，其对判断卵巢癌的发展、治疗及预后有一定的价值。

Expression of EphA2 and VEGF in Ascites of Patients with Ovarian Cancer and Their Correla-tion

Objective] To explore the expression of erythropoietin hepatocyte receptor （EphA2） and vas-cular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in ascites of patients with ovarian cancer and their relationship .Meth-ods] Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the levels of EphA2 and VEGF in asci-tes of 13 patients with ovarian cancer .The correlation between EphA2 and VEGF and their correlation with clinicopathologic features were analyzed .Results] There was a positive correlation between the expression of EphA2 and VEGF（ P ＆lt;0 .05） .The expression of EphA2 and VEGF were associated with clinical stage ,dif-ferentiation and metastasis（all P ＆lt;0 .05） ,but had no correlation with age（ P ＆lt;0 .05） .Conclusion] EphA2 and VEGF may interact with each other in the generation of ascites of ovarian cancer ,and are valuable in as-sessment of the development ,treatment and prognosis of ovarian cancer .
