基于行动研究法的饮食护理联合吞咽训练在听神经瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用

目的:探讨基于行动研究法的饮食护理联合吞咽训练在听神经瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:选取2018年1月1日~10月31日34例听神经瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者为对照组,采用常规护理;选取2018年11月1日~2019年8月31日41例听神经瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施基于行动研究法的饮食护理联合吞咽训练。比较两组护理效果。结果:两组护理后标准吞咽功能评估表(SSA)评分、胃管拔除时间、下床时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:基于行动研究法的饮食护理联合吞咽训练可改善听神经瘤术后吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提升护理满意度。

Application of Diet Nursing Based on Action Study Method Combined with Swallowing Training in Postoperative Acoustic Nneuroma Patients with Swallowing Dysfunction

Objective:To explore the application of the diet nursing based on the action study method combined with swallowing training in postoperative acoustic nneuroma patients with swallowing dysfunction.Methods:From January 1 to October 31,2018,34 postoperative acoustic nneuroma patients with swallowing dysfunction were selected as the control group,the conventional nursing was given.From November 1,2018 to August 31,2019,41 postoperative acoustic nneuroma patients with swallowing dysfunction were selected as the observation group,on the basis of conventional nursing,implementation of diet nursing based on the action study method combined swallowing training.Comparison was made between the two groups on nursing effect.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups after nursing in standard swallowing function assessment(SSA)scores,stomach tube pulling up time,off-bed time,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The diet nursing based on the action study method combined with swallowing training can improve swallowing function in postoperative acoustic nneuroma patients with swallowing dysfunction,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten hospitalization time,and improve nursing satisfaction.
