血脂康治疗糖尿病肾病高脂血症的疗效观察

目的:观察血脂康治疗糖尿病肾病高脂血症患者的疗效。方法:选择糖尿病肾病合并高脂血症患者50例,随机分为两组,对照组20例采用常规治疗;治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上加用血脂康,服药前及服药8周后测定血脂、肝肾功能及尿蛋白等指标。结果:治疗组服用血脂康8周后血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)和动脉硬化指数以及甘油三酯(TG)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)明显降低;高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)和载脂蛋白E(ApoE)增加,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。同时尿蛋白显著减少,血浆白蛋白升高,肝肾功能无明显变化。结论:血脂康有效改善糖尿病肾病的各项血脂指标,使尿蛋白减少,血浆白蛋白升高,且使用方便、安全,值得推广应用。

Observation on the effective outcome of XUEZHIKANG in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with hyperlipidemia.

Objective: To evaluate the effective outcome of XUEZHIKANG in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with hyperlipidemia. Methods: 50 patients of diabetic nephropathy with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients in the control group were given conventional treatment while 30 patients in the treatment group accepted routine therapy combined with XUEZHIKANG. Serum lipids, liver and kidney function and urinary protein were measured before and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment with XUEZHIKANG, the level of total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprote in cholesterol (LDL-C),arteriosclerosis index, triglyceride and ApoB decreased, while serum high density lipoprote in cholesterol ApoA1 and ApoE levels increased. There was significant difference in the comparison (P<0.01). Conclusion: XUEZHIKANG can effectively improve the hyperlipidemia on patients with diabetic nephropathy. It decrease urinary protein and increase plasma album, which is effective, safe and recommended to be popularized.
