广西百色市田东县新生儿病毒性乙型肝炎疫苗接种情况分析

目的了解百色市田东县新生儿病毒性乙型肝炎（乙肝）疫苗（HepB）接种情况，分析影响接种率的相关因素以及探讨提高新生儿HepB接种率的策略。 方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,在百色市田东县随机选取3个乡（镇）［组成:县城周边、二级公路旁、偏远乡镇各1个］及其所辖的自然村2005-2007年出生的本地户口270名新生儿HepB接种情况进行统计分析。 结果270名新生儿中，HepB首针及时接种率、全程及时接种率、全程接种率分别为45.6%、34.8%、41.1%；住院分娩的新生儿HepB首针及时接种率、全程及时接种率、全程接种率明显高于在家分娩的新生儿（I/Isup2/sup= 74.86、74.48、94.84，IP/I﹤0.01）；新生儿家长乙肝防治知识知晓率为40.7%。结论百色市田东县新生儿HepB接种率偏低，提高住院分娩率、普及乙肝知识有助于提高新生儿HepB接种率。
