摘    要:目的探讨应用MRI定量分析评价GFAP表达强弱的可能性.方法收集手术病理证实的脑星形细胞瘤32例,计算下列MRI定量指标:T1WI、T2WI上的相对信号强度(RSI0)、增强后相对信号强度(RSIGd)及信号强度增加百分率(EP).采用免疫组化的方法标记GFAP,对照MRI定量参数与GFAP标记指数之间的关系.结果恶性组与偏良性组之间, MRI定量参数均有统计学差异; RSIGd及EP与GFAP呈负相关.结论 RSIGd及EP可以较好地反映星形细胞瘤的GFAP表达强弱和病理分级.

Abstract:Objective To explore the possibility of evaluating GFAP expression of brain astrocytoma with MRI quantitative parameters. Methods Thirty-two cases of astrocytoma proved by operation and pathology were reviewed. MRI quantitative parameters, including the relative signal intensity on T1WI, T2WI (RSI 0) and Gd-enhanced T1WI (RSI Gd ) and enhancement percentage (EP) were measured. GFAP on the specimens of the respected tumors was stained with immunohistochemical method and GFAP index was measured. The results were compared with MRI quantitative parameters. Results The MRI quantitative parameters had significant statistical differences between malignant group and benign group. Besides, RSI Gd and EP had negative correlation with GFAP expression. Conclusion RSI Gd and EP are very helpful for evaluating pathological grade and GFAP expression.
