摘    要:血管生成是从早期阶段的血管生成到通过已存在的血管基础上生成新血管的生理过程,其发生在各生理和病理状态中,而血管内皮生长因子A能介导血管通透性增加,诱导血管生成、血管发生和内皮细胞生长。正常组织或实体肿瘤中,缺血/缺氧引起的应激反应可通过增加血管生成和红细胞生成并致代谢变化来适应低氧环境。长链非编码RNA在器官缺氧时可通过调节血管内皮生长因子A表达而影响血管生成。本文就长链非编码RNA在器官缺血/缺氧诱导血管生成中作用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Angiogenesis is a physiological process from the early stage of angiogenesis to the formation of new blood vessels through pre-existing blood vessels in various physiological and pathological states. Vascular endothelial growth factor-A mediates and increases vascular permeability, induction of angiogenesis, angiogenesis, and endothelial cell growth. In normal tissues or solid tumors, ischemia/hypoxia triggers a stress response that overcomes the hypoxic environment by increasing angiogenesis and erythropoiesis and causing metabolic changes. Long non-coding RNA can affect angiogenesis by regulating the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-A in organ hypoxia. This paper reviews the research progress of the role of long non-coding RNA in organ ischemia/hypoxia induced angiogenesis.
