| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在局灶性脑缺血-再灌注损伤中的表达及作用。方法采用免疫组化染色、原位杂交技术检测缺血3h以及缺血3h、再灌注3、6、24、48和72h大脑中动脉栓塞模型大鼠脑组织VEGF蛋白及mRNA表达。结果正常对照组脑组织有极低水平的VEGF表达，脑缺血后表达主要位于半影区，随缺血及缺血-再灌注时间延长，中心区由表达增强降低至正常水平，半影区表达逐渐增强。结论内源性VEGF表达增强，对局灶性脑缺血-再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression and its role in focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. Methods VEGF protein and mRNA expressions at the site of focal ischemia/reperfusion of rat cerebrum were assessed with immunohistochemistry and hybridization techneques . Results In normal cerebral tissue there was lower expression of VEGF. It was found to be expressed in the penumbra area after ischemia. With the prolongation of ischemia and ischemia/reperfusion, enhanced expression of VEGF tended to decline to normal level, while it enhanced in the penumbra area. Conclusion Enhanced VEGF expression might play a protective role in focal ischemia/reperfusion injury to the cerebrum. |
