摘    要:目的评价三种消毒方法对血液中细菌杀灭的效果及对血液成分和理化性质的影响。方法通过定量杀菌试验和生化检验方法,对活性炭碘法、短波紫外线法(UVC)和亚甲蓝光敏法(MB)杀灭血液中细菌的效果及其对血液成分的影响进行了观察。结果活性炭碘法对血液中大肠杆菌作用40 min,平均杀灭对数值为0.69;UVC法和MB法作用40 min,对血液中大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值分别为2.54和2.82。活性炭碘和UVC法作用40 min后,均使得血液中血红蛋白含量和凝血酶原时间增加,只有MB对血液中血红蛋白含量和凝血酶原时间均无影响。结论三种消毒方法中,以MB法杀菌效果最好,且对血液成分无明显影响。

STUDY ON DISINFECTION EFFECT OF BACTERIA IN BLOOD BY DIFFERENT DISINFECTION METHODS
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of bacteria in blood and the influence to the blood contitiene and physical-chenical properties disinfection methods.Methods The quantitative germicidal test and biochemical testing were used to observe the disinfection effect and influence to the blood constituent by activated carbon iodine,ultraviolet C(UVC) and methylene blue(MB) photosensitive method.Results After 40 min of disinfection procedure,the average logarithm value of E.Coli was decreased 0.69,2.5 and 2.82 by activated carbon iodine,ultraviolet C(UVC) and methylene blue(MB) respectively.The hemoglobin and prothrombin time were increased by the activated carbon iodine and the UVC group after 40min of disinfection.But the hemoglobin and prothrombin time were not affected by the MB group after 40min of disinfection.Conclusion The MB method has the best disinfection efficacy,with limited affection of blood components and physicochemical properties.
