医院感染与社区感染现患率调查

目的了解某医院住院患者医院感染与社区感染状况,为加强医院感染管理提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对兵团医院2010年8月20日24小时内所有住院患者医院感染发生率情况进行调查。结果调查当日该医院住院病人553例,实查544例,发生医院内感染病人10例、12例次,医院感染现患率为1.84%,例次感染率2.21%。发现社区获得感染131例、135例次,社区感染率24.08%、例次感染率24.82%。医院内感染患者主要集中在重症监护病房;感染部位以呼吸道为主,占50%;泌尿道感染占25%。结论该医院院内感染现患率较低,但住院病人社区获得感染较多,需要加强入院病人感染管理和诊断,及时采取防控措施。

INVESTIGATION OF PREVALENCE OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTIONS AND COMMUNITY-ACQUIRED INFECTIONS

Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection and community-acquired infection in hospitalized patients so as to provide basis for strengthening hospital infection management.Methods The cross-sectional study was used to investigate the prevalence of nosocomial infections of August 20,2010 in-patients.Results There were 553 in-patients on that day should be investigated while only 544 cases were investigated actually.There were 10 cases and 12 cases/times nosocomial infection occurred and the nosocomial infection prevalence rate and case-time infection rate were 1.84% and 2.21% respectively.There were 131 cases and 135 cases/times community acquired-infection occurred and the community-acquired infection prevalence rate and case-time infection rate were 24.08% and 24.82% respectively.The main nosocomial infection patients came from intensive care unit(ICU) and the major site was respiratory tract which accounted for 50% while 25% of the infection located in the urological.Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in this hospital was comparatively low,but patients with community-acquired infection were more.The infected management and diagnosis of hospital admissions should be strengthened and prevention and control measures should be taken.
