兰州市部分医院内窥镜消毒现状调查

为了解兰州市医用内窥镜使用及消毒现状,对8家医院22支内窥镜进行了调查,并进行了消毒效果监测。结果,内窥镜房屋设施专用率63.6％,消毒剂选用正确率81.8％,消毒、灭菌时间符合率45.5％。监测12支窥镜,细菌总数超标6支,有3支检出抗酸杆菌,4支检出HBsAg阳性。结果发现,兰州市医院内窥镜消毒不规范情况严重,部分内镜消毒效果不合格。

SURVEY OF PRESENT SITUATION OF DISINFECTION OF ENDOSCOPES IN SOME HOSPITALS OF LANZHOU CITY

In order to know the use and present situation of disinfection of medical endoscopes, 22 endoscopes of 8 hospitals were investigated and the disinfection efficacy was monitored. The results showed that the rate of having house and installations special for endoscopes was 63.6%, the correct rate of selection of disinfectant was 81.8% and the rate of correct disinfection and sterilization time was 45.5%. Twelve endoscopes were examined. Of them, 6 were found to have total bacterial count exceeding the allowable limit, 3 were found to have acid-fast bacilli and 4 were HBsAg positive. The results indicated that disinfection of endoscopes in hospitals of Lanzhou City seriously not conforms to the standard and the disinfection efficacy of some endoscops is not up to standard.
