洁尔泡腾消毒片杀灭微生物效果与腐蚀性的试验研究

摘    要:为了解洁尔泡腾消毒片杀灭微生物效果及对金属腐蚀性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验及腐蚀试验。结果,含有效氯100 mg/L的消毒液作用7.5 min对金黄色葡萄的杀灭率为99.99%,50 mg/L的消毒液作用10 min对大肠杆菌的杀灭率为99.94%,200 mg/L的消毒液作用5 min对白色念珠菌的杀灭率为99.95%。含有效氯1000 mg/L的消毒液作用 45 min可有效破坏HBsAg的抗原性,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率为99.99%;小牛血清对该消毒片消毒效果有轻度影响。用含有效氯2000 mg/L的消毒液浸泡72 h对不锈钢无腐蚀,对铝片、铜片均有中度腐蚀,对碳钢有重度腐蚀。经54℃存放14 d有效氯下降率为3.04%。结果显示,该消毒片具有良好的杀灭微生物效果,稳定,有实用价值,但对金属有腐蚀性。

Abstract:In order to know the germicidal efficacy of Jie-Er effervescent disinfectant tablet and its corrosiveness to metals, quantitative carrier germicidal test and corrosion test were carried out. The result showed that the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/ L for 7.5 min, Escherichia coli exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 50 mg/ L for 10 min and Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 200 mg / L for 5 min were 99.99%, 99.94% and 99.95%, respectively. The solution containing available chlorine 1 000 mg/ L with a 45 min contact time destroyed HBsAg antigenicity on steel carrier to an eligible level and killed 99.99% of Bacil-lus subtilis var. niger spores. Presence of 25%, 50% calf serum in the bacterial carrier had slight influence on its germicidal efficacy. After immersing in the solution containing available chlorine 2 000 mg/ L for 72 h, there were no corrosion of stainless steel, moderate corrosion of aluminum and copper, severe corrosion of carbon steel. The available chlorine content of its powder decreased by 3.04% after storing at 54癈 for 14 days. The results indicated that this disinfectant tablet has good germicidal efficacy and is stable. It has prac-tical value, but is corrosive to metals.
