过氧乙酸杀灭微生物效果的试验观察

摘    要:采用定量杀菌试验方法,对二元瓶装的四环牌过氧乙酸杀菌效果和空气中自然菌杀灭效果进行了观察。结果,以含50 mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌作用3min,对大肠杆菌作用1min,平均杀灭率可达99.90%以上;以含过氧乙酸100 mg/L对白色念珠菌作用10 min,含过氧乙酸500 mg/L对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用6 min,杀灭率均达99.90%以上。有机物对过氧乙酸杀菌效果有一定影响。模拟现场试验结果证明,以含1000 mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液擦拭并作用20 min,对物体表面自然菌的杀灭率达90.00%以上;以含1000 mg/L过氧乙酸、按10 ml/m~3用量进行气溶胶喷雾作用30 min,对室内空气中自然菌消亡率达90.00%以上。

Abstract:Using quantitative germicidal test method, the germicidal efficacy of Four-Ring-Brand peracetic acid in binary packing and its efficacy in killing natural bacteria in air were observed. The results indicated that the average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the wat-er solution containing 50 mg/ L peracetic acid for 3 min and 1 min respectively were over 99.90% and those of Candida albicans exposed to 100 mg/ L peracetic acid solution for 10 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the solution containing 500 mg / L peracetic acid for 6 min were over 99.90%. Organic substance had certain influence on germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid. Results of simulated field trial dem-onstrated that wiping with water solution containing 1 000 mg / L peracetic acid with a 20 min contact time killed over 90.00% of natural bacteria on surfaces. Aerosol spraying with solution containing 1 000 mg/ L peracetic acid at a dose of 10 ml/ m3 for 30 min caused over 90.00% decay rate of natural bacteria in in-door air.
