重症鱼鳞病患儿的护理23例

目的探讨重症鱼鳞病患儿的临床护理经验。方法对23例重症鱼鳞病患儿进行了全身皮肤护理及心理辅导,并对药物治疗的副作用进行详细观察,针对不同患儿的临床症状采用个体化护理的方式,侧重提高患儿的治疗信心与治疗的顺应性。结果全部患儿均获得了满意的临床疗效及护理效果。19例达到临床痊愈,3例显效,1例无效,临床显效率达95.5%。结论重症鱼鳞病患儿除需要临床护理外,尚需要进行心理指导,在护理中应注意观察患儿的生长及发育,以防止毒副作用产生。

Nursing for 23 children with severe ichthyosis

Objective To study the nursing experience of children with severe ichthyosis.Methods Selected 23 children with severe ichthyosis,systemic skin nursing and psychological nursing were used for them,characteristic nursing methods were used for different children according to their different condition in order to improve the compliance of them.Results Most of the children with severe ichthyosis had obtained satisfactory clinical effects,the cure rate was 95.5%,only one child had no significant improvement about clinical effects.Conclusions Careful systemic skin nursing and psychological nursing should be used at the same time for children with severe ichthyosis,which can improve the clinical effects for them.
