克罗米芬兴奋试验预测体外受精——胚胎移植结局的价值

目的：探讨克罗米芬兴奋试验结果与体外受精－－胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)结局的关系。方法：对2000年6月－2001年5月在我院生殖医学中心首次行IVF或单精子卵胞浆内注射（ICSI）治疗的不孕患67例前瞻性研究，在IVF治疗前1－3个月行克罗米芬兴奋试验后的FSH水平明显高于正常反应组（P＜0．001），两组的基础及克罗米芬兴奋试验后的LH、E2水平，差异均无统计学意义。克罗米芬兴奋试验反应异常组与反应正常组相比，IVF的妊娠率明显低，并有较高的周期取消率，结论：克罗米芬兴奋试验预测IVF的结果。

The predictive value of clomiphene citrate challenge test for the outcome of IVF－ ET

Objective To evaluate the relation of clomiphene citrate(CC)challenge test with the outcome of subsequent IVF cycles. Methods A prospective study was carried out on 67 infertile patients who underwent the first cycle of IVF or ICSI procedures in our Reproduvtive Medical Center between June 2000 and May 2001. The CC test was performed within one to three months before IVF procedure. Results Twenty-four patients including 15 with normal basal FSH levels showed an excessive FSH response to CC challenge test. Forty-three patients with normal basal FSH levels expressed normal response to CC administration. In the group with an abnormal CC test, the levels of basal and CC stimulated FSH were higher than in the normal test group(p<0.001).There were no difference in the level of basal and LH?E2 in the two groups. A excessive FSH response to CC challenge test predicted a poor prengnacy rate and ahigh cancellation rate of subsequent IVF-ET comparing with normal response group. Conclusion CC challenge test can predict the outcome of subsequent IVF cycles.
