锐器伤与护士行为、生理、心理及环境关系的探讨

目的了解护士锐器伤的发生与护士的行为、生理、心理状况及外界环境的关系，为锐器伤的分析流行病学提供病因线索。方法采用回顾性调查法对广州市3010名护士在一个月内发生锐器伤的情况及发生锐器伤时的操作行为、生理、心理状况及工作环境情况进行调查。结果调查人群在调查期间共发生锐器伤2433次，锐器伤的发生密度为0．83次／人／月。四种针头使用后的处理行为导致了47．1％的锐器伤的发生；抽血、静脉注射、肌肉注射等与病人治疗护理密切相关的行为导致了20．1％的锐器伤的发生；掰安瓿导致了24．2％的锐器伤。42％的锐器伤是在心情急躁或紧张时发生的，74％的锐器伤是在工作紧急或繁忙时发生的。结论护士锐器伤的发生不是随机的，而与护士一定的行为、心理及工作环境有关。

Study On The Relation Between Sharp Injuries And Nurses Behavior Physiology Psychology And Work Circumstance

Objectives To study the relation between sharp injuries and nurses behavior,physiology,psychology and work circumstance.Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out 13 hospitals in Guangzhou were random selected and all clinical nurse and nurse students of those hospitals were asked to fill out a questionnaire.Detail information about the situation when sharp injuries happened was collected.Results the number of sharp injuries that happened among investigated nurses within the previous month was 2433.The occurrence frequency of sharp injuries was 0 84 per person per month.The disposal of needle after using was responsible for 47 1% sharp injuries.The behavior relating to nursing or therapy and breaking ampoule off was responsible for 20 1% and 24% sharp injuries respectively.42% sharp injuries happened in the situation that the suffer was in a inpatient or strain mood.74% sharp injuries happened when the work circumstance was urgency or hurry .Conclusions Sharp injuries in nurses were not happened in random and inevitable,but relating to some kinds of behavior and psychology of nurse and the work circumstance.
