| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝气郁结证在特定脑区功能的改变。方法 10只Wistar大鼠采用慢性应激结合孤养方法制备肝气郁结证大鼠模型,分别于造模前后进行氟18脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET正电子扫描,应用SPM2图像分析软件对造模前、造模后数据进行双样本t检验。结果葡萄糖代谢减低脑区(P<0.001)有左侧额叶、顶叶、下丘脑,双侧后扣带回,右侧前扣带回。葡萄糖代谢升高脑区(P<0.001)有左侧海马旁回、岛叶、颞叶、额叶,右侧基底核、丘脑。结论肝气郁结证可引起特定脑区的功能改变。 |
