| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨婚姻态度量表在精神障碍患者中的信效度。方法对160例疾病稳定期精神障碍患者采用婚姻态度量表和自知力与治疗态度问卷进行测评分析。结果婚姻态度量表总分与各条目得分的相关系数为0．40-0．67，总量表Cronbach’s a系数为0．86，间隔7 d后重测信度为0．78（ P＜0．01）；探索性因子分析显示，特征值＞1的因素有6个，累积贡献率为64．68％。结论婚姻态度量表在精神障碍患者中使用有较好的信度和效度，但仍需更深入地验证并改进其结构效度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Marital Atti-tude Scale （MAS） in patients with mental disorders .Methods Assessments were carried out with the MAS and the Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire （ITAQ） in 160 stationa-ry-phase patients with mental disorders .Results The correlation coefficient between the total and each i-tem score of the MAS was 0 .40-0 .67 ,total scale Cronbach＆#39;s a coefficient 0 .86 ,the test-retest reliability after days 0 .78 （P〈0 .01）;Exploratory factor analysis showed that proper values of 6 factors were ＆gt;1 , cumulative contribution rate was 64 .68% .Conclusion MAS has good reliability and validity in patients with mental disorders ,but its construct validity needs to thoroughly verified and improved . |
