电设备应用策略管理对层流手术室PM2.5及切口感染的影响

摘    要:目的探讨电设备应用策略管理对层流手术室PM2.5及切口感染的影响。方法将200例患者按是否实施层流手术室电设备应用策略管理分为两组,每组100例。对照组采用层流手术室电设备常规管理,管理组在对照组基础上采用层流手术室电设备应用策略管理,统计两组术中手术室内人员数、手术时间、术中出血量、术后切口感染发生情况,检测患者切口及口鼻周围PM2.5浓度。结果两组术中手术室内人员数、手术时间、术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理组距离切口1 cm、5 cm、10 cm、20 cm和距离患者口鼻5 cm处PM2.5浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.01),切口感染率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。切口感染患者距离切口1 cm、5 cm、10 cm、20 cm和距离患者口鼻5 cm处PM2.5浓度显著高于无切口感染患者(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,层流手术室PM2.5浓度与切口感染率呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论电设备应用策略管理有助于降低层流手术室PM2.5浓度及切口感染发生率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of electrical equipment application strategy management on PM2.5 and incision infection in laminar flow operating room.Methods A total of 200 patients were divided into two groups according to whether to implement the electrical equipment application strategy management in the laminar flow operating room,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given the electrical equipment routine management in the laminar flow operating room,and the management group was given the electrical equipment application strategy management in the laminar flow operating room on the basis of the control group.The number of personnel in the operating room during the operation,the operation time,the amount of blood loss during the operation,and the incidence of postoperative wound infection were counted in the two groups,and the concentration of PM2.5 around the patient's incision,mouth and nose was measured.Results There was no significant difference in the number of personnel in the operating room,operating time,and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The PM2.5 concentration at 1 cm,5 cm,10 cm,20 cm away from the incision and 5 cm away from the patient’s nose and mouth in the management group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),the infection rate of incision was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PM2.5 concentration of patients with incision infection at 1 cm,5 cm,10 cm,20 cm from the incision and 5 cm from the mouth and nose was significantly higher than that of patients without incision infection(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that PM2.5 concentration in the laminar flow operating room was significantly positively correlated with incision infection rate(P<0.05).Conclusions Electrical equipment application strategy management can help reduce PM2.5 concentration in the laminar flow operating room and the incidence of incision infections.
