酒依赖综合征复饮影响因素分析

目的 探讨酒依赖综合征复饮的影响因素.方法 将228例酒依赖综合征患者分为两组,复饮组（128例）及非复饮组（100例）.统计两组患者的一般资料,并应用家庭亲密度和适应性量表、社会支持评定量表及生活事件量表进行测评分析.结果 两组受教育时间、饮酒时间、日饮酒量,生活事件量表的生活事件、负性事件维度分,社会支持评定量表总分及各维度分,家庭亲密度和适应性量表的2个维度分比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05或0.01）;logistic回归分析显示,负性事件、饮酒时间是酒依赖综合征复饮的危险因素,客观支持、受教育时间为复饮的保护因素.结论 酒依赖综合征复饮的影响因素复杂,其中饮酒史长、负性事件是其危险因素,客观支持度及患者的受教育时间是保护因素.

Factors influencing alcohol relapse of patients with alcohol dependence syndrome

Objective To explore the factors influencing alcohol relapse of patients with alcohol dependence syndrome （ADS）. Methods A total of 228 ADS patients were divided into relapse （n=128） and non-relapse group （n= 100s）. General data were added up and assessments conducted with the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale Ⅱ -Chinese version （FACES Ⅱ -CV）, Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and the Life Event Scale （LES）. Results There were significant group differences in time of receiving an education, drinking time, daily alcohol consumption, life events ＇ , negative events＇, the total and each dimension of the SSRS, and 2 dimension score of the FACESⅡ-CV （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Logistic regression analysis showed that negative events and drinking time were risk factors of re-drinking of ADS patients, objective support and time of receiving an education were protective factors. Conclusion Influencing factors of re-drinking of ADS patients are complex, long drinking history and negative events are risk factors, and objective support and time of receiving an education are protective factors.
