五种检验项目对糖尿病诊断的评价

目的探讨糖尿病五个常用临床实验诊断项目1,5脱水山梨醇(1,5-AG)、果糖胺(GSP)、血糖(Glu)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素(Insulin)相互关联及对糖尿病诊断的临床运用。方法用生化和发光免疫方法检测50个按WHO(1997)标准确诊为糖尿病的门诊、住院患者和25个各项指标均正常的健康对照者分别检测上述5个项目。结果糖尿病组GSP、HbA1c和Glu(包括0h,1h,2h,3h)明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),1,5-AG明显低于健康对照组,1,5-AG与GSP、HbA1c、Glu成负相关,相关系数分别为:-0.5834、-0.5163和-0.6574。结论五个诊断项目有较好的相关性,对糖尿病的诊断均具有较高诊断价值,能比较客观的反映患者糖尿病的病情。

Evaluation of diagnostic value of five examination items in diabetes mellitus

Objective To discuss the correlation of five examination items(1,5-AG, GSP, FBG, HbA1c, Insulin) in diagnosis of diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods Five examination items were detected in 50 patients with DM and 25 subjects with non-DM according to WHO diagnostic standard (1997) by biochemical and imunnological methods. Results The levels of GSP, HbA1c, Glu(with 0h, 1h, 2h, 3h) in DM group were significantly higher than those of the normals(P<0.01); 1,5-AG level showed negative correlation with GSP(r=-0.5834), HbA1c(r=-0.5163), FBG(r=-0.6574) respectively. Conclusions The results showed a fine correlation among the five examination items, and can reflect the degrees of DM personally.
