| 摘 要： | 目的 观察凯时注射液联合川芎嗪注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效.方法 79例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为凯时注射液联合川芎嗪注射液治疗组（42例）及对照组（37例）,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用凯时注射液及川芎嗪注射液,观察两组患者治疗前后血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）、血尿酸（UA）、血脂、尿微量白蛋白及24小时尿蛋白水平.结果 治疗组治疗后血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白、24小时尿蛋白水平较治疗前有所下降（P＜0.05）; 对照组治疗后24小时尿蛋白水平较治疗前有所下降（P＜0.05）.且治疗组治疗中无发生严重不良反应.结论 在常规治疗基础上,凯时注射液及川芎嗪注射液联合治疗慢性肾衰竭患者,可延缓肾衰竭进展,且副反应少.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effects of Lipo PGE1 and Ligustrazin in chronic renal failure patients. Methods 79 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with Lipo PGE1 and Ligustrazin injection,while in control group with routine therapy.Blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr）,uric acid （UA）,Cholesterol（CH）,Triglycerides（TG）,urine albumin and 24-hour urine protein were measured. Results After treatment,BUN,Scr, urine albumin and 24-hour urine protein were reduced in treatment group（P 〈 0.05）,while 24-hour urine protein were reduced in control group（P 〈 0.05）.There were no severe side reactions in treatment groups. Conclusion Except for routine therapy, Lipo PGE1 and Ligustrazine injection may retard the progress of renal failure and have fewer side effects. |
