D-半乳糖诱发氧应激合并实验性高脂血症对大鼠血液流变学指标及颈动脉血流量的影响

摘    要:目的观察D-半乳糖诱发氧应激及实验性高脂血症对大鼠血液流变特性的影响。方法皮下注射D-半乳糖 140mg/kg连续7周诱发大鼠氧应激,并灌胃脂肪乳1周诱发高脂血症,造成动物模型。分别测定模型与对照动物的颈总动脉血流,血浆MDA、SOD以及血流变和血脂指标。结果模型组血浆MDA含量显著升高((P<0.01),SOD略有下降。总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白显著升高(P<0.05)。血浆粘度有显著升高(P<0.05),其他血流变学指标无显著改变。两组颈动脉血流量无显著差别。结论一般衰老、氧应激和高血脂状态不会对全血粘度造成显著的影响,不会影响组织器官的供血。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of oxygen stress induced by D-galactose unite with hyperlipoidemia on hemorheology and carotid blood perfusion in rats. Method The animal model was made by injecting D-galactose 140mg/kg s.c. 7 weeks to induce oxygen stress and feeding fat emulsion i.g. 1 week to induce hyperlipoidemia.The carotid blood perfusion,blood plasma MDA, SOD,hemorheology and blood lipoprotein were determined in control and model groups.Result The plasma MDA significantly increased in model group than control group,P<0.01,the plasma SOD declined a little in model group.The total cholesterol and LDL significantly increased than control goup, P<0.05.The plasma viscosity significantly increased than control group,P<0.05,and no significantly change in other hemorheology items.There was no signincant diference in carotid blood perfusion between two groups.ConcIusion Senescence,oxygen stress and hyperlipoidemia can't significantly affect blood viscosity,and also can't affect blood perfusion in major organ.
