| 摘 要： | 文中对１００例慢性活动性肝炎（ＣＡＨ）患者进行了６项血液流变指标检测，以１００例健康人作对照，分析研究ＣＡＨ患者血液流变性及其发生机理．结果表明：ＣＡＨ患者全血粘度显著升高，血沉加快，血沉方程Ｋ值升高，血浆粘度升高等．对１００例ＣＡＨ患者采用药物稀释治疗（肝素、丹参、尿激酶），并与同期入院的１５６例ＣＡＨ患者进行对比，稀释组疗效较对照组提高了１５％，认为应用药物稀释治疗ＣＡＨ是值得进一步探讨的课题。

| Abstract: | 6 hemorheological indexes of chronic active hepatitis in 100 patients were detected and compared with 100 normal individuals, and hemorheological characteristics and its occuring mechanism of CAH in patients were studied. The results are: viscocity of whole blood, erythrocyte sedimentation and is equation value K and plasma viscosity all are raised in CAB patients. The 100 cases of CAH patients were treated with dilutents (heparin, red root Salvia, urokinase) and compared with another 156 CAH patients admitted to the hospital at the same time with the experimental group. The effectiveness of the experimental group was increased by 15% as compared with the contrast group. The authors that the dilutent treatment for CAH patients is worth further studying. |
