中西医结合治疗肺挫伤临床对照研究

目的：评估中西医结合治疗肺挫伤临床疗效。方法：肺挫伤患者58例被随机分为西医组（28）和中西医结合组（30），西医组按常规给予消肿、抗炎、止痛、止血、防治感染、排除胸腔积液积气以及肺不张时给予纤维支气管镜吸痰促进复张等治疗，中西医结合组在此基础上加用中药治疗，于治疗第5、10日分别观察临床表现、胸部CT等情况，以评价疗效。结果：在治疗5日后，中西医结合组的获得较高的总有效率（P〈0．05），在治疗10后获得较高治愈率（P〈0．05）和总有效率（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合治疗肺挫伤疗效更好。

Treatment by Western Medicine together with Chinese Traditional Medicine for Patients with Pulmonary Contusion

Objective:To estimate the curative effect of pulmonary contusion by Medicine Together with Chinese Traditional Medicine. Methods: 58 patients with pulmonary contusion were divided randomly into 2 groups. One group were treated by only western medicine,the other group were treated by additional Chinese traditional medicine. After 5 and 10 days, the curative effect was evaluated mainly by CT examination and compared. Results:The group treated by Medicine Together with Chinese Traditional Medicine shown statistical difference curative effect, compared with the other group. Conclusion: For those patients with pulmonary contusion, treatment by Medicine Together with Chinese Traditional Medicine can get better curative effect.
