参附注射液对急性白血病化疗后骨髓的影响

目的探讨参附注射液对急性白血病化疗后骨髓变化的影响。方法将72例急性白血病患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例应用参附注射液治疗,于化疗后第2天给予参附注射液50～100 ml/d静脉滴注,15～20 d为1个疗程;对照组34例给予常规治疗,两组均于化疗后第15、21天观察骨髓象、血象及临床表现。结果治疗组骨髓增生度红系、粒系、巨核系、升高率均高于对照组(P<0.05),血象中中性粒细胞及血小板较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),临床症状改善明显。结论参附注射液能促进化疗后急性白血病的骨髓增生,加速骨髓的全面恢复,改善临床症状。

Effects of Shenfu injection on bone marrow hematopoietic recovery post chemotherapy in acute leukemia

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenfu injection on bone marrow hematopoietic recovery post chemotherapy in acute leukemia. Methods Seventy-two acute leukemia patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （38 cases） and the control group（ 34 cases）. Patients in the treatment group were given Shenfu injection on the second day post chemotherapy at a dose of 50 - 100 ml per day by intravenous drip for 15 -20 days as one course of treatment. Patients in the control group were given routine therapy. The bone marrow smears, peripheral blood counts and clinical manifestations on the 15th and the 20th day post chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results The increase of bone marrow granulo- poiesis, erythropoiesis and megakaryocytopoiesis in treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The peripheral blood counts of granulocyte and platelet in the treatment group were also higher than that in the con- trol group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The clinical manifestations of treatment group were better than that of control group. Conclusion Shenfu injection can accelerate the hematopoietic recovery of acute leukemia patients post chemotherapy, and improve the clinical mani- festations.
