吸痰管护套在微波聚束热疗测温导丝放置中的应用

目的探讨微波聚束热疗中应用吸痰管护套放置测温导丝的安全性和有效性。方法将121例热疗患者按病案号单双号分为对照组58例、观察组63例,对照组按常规放置测温导丝,观察组应用吸痰管护套放置测温导丝,分别观察两组导丝放置一次成功率和患者体温、不适感、直肠黏膜损伤及导丝损坏情况。结果导丝一次放置成功率对照组为82.8%、观察组100%;两组肛温检测差异无统计学意义;对照组70.7%患者有不适感、直肠黏膜损伤发生率32.8%,观察组23.8%患者有不适感、直肠黏膜损伤发生率1.6%;对照组导丝损坏5根,观察组导丝无损坏。结论热疗中应用吸痰管护套不影响测温精确度,且可降低患者不舒适感及直肠黏膜损伤发生率。

Application of sputum-aspirating tube sheath on placement of guide wire in microwave focus-beam hyperthermia

Objective To study the safety and effectiveness of sputum-aspirating tube sheath on placement of guide wire in microwave focus-beam hyperthermia. Method Divide 121 patients undergoing hyperthermia into control group （n = 58） and observation group （n=63） according to even or odd medical record number. Place guide wire by routine method in control group. Place guide wire with sputum-aspirating tube sheath for patients in observation group. Observe the one time success rate of guide wire placement, patients＇ temperature, discomfortableness, injury of rectal mucosal and damage of guide wire. Result The one time success rate of guide wire placement is 82. 8% in control group and 100% in observa-tion group. There is no significant difference on rectal temperature between two groups. Rates of discomfortableness and in-jury of rectal mucosal are 70.7% and 32.8% in control group, and 23.80% and 1.6% in observation group. 5 guide wires are injured in control group, while none is injured in observation group. Conclusion Sputum-aspirating tube sheath used in placement of guide wire in hyperthermia will not affect the accuracy of temperature measurement and can reduce the rate of patients＇ discomfortablenessd and injury of rectal mucosal.
