手法外治联合中医特色护理对气血虚弱证产妇产后缺乳的应用效果

目的 研究手法外治联合中医特色护理对气血虚弱证产妇产后缺乳的应用效果。 方法 选取2018年2月-2019年1月于笔者所在医院进行分娩的气血虚弱证产妇140例,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组70例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组则于对照组的基础上实施手法外治联合中医特色护理。比较2组泌乳初始时间,产后1～3 d每日乳汁量,产妇产后乳房充盈占比情况及满意率。 结果 观察组产妇产后泌乳初始时间短于对照组(t=1.054,P＜0.001)。观察组每日乳汁量均高于对照组(F_组间=6.141,P<0.001),观察组产妇产后1、3、5天的乳房充盈人数占比均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组产妇满意率高于对照组(χ² =5.818,P=0.016)。 结论 手法外治联合中医特色护理对气血虚弱证产妇产后缺乳的预防效果较佳,有利于提高产妇满意度,值得临床推广应用。

The effets of manipulative treatment combined with special nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum milk deficiency in pregnant women with qi and blood weakness

Objective To explore the application effect of manipulative treatment combined with special nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on postpartum lacteal deficiency of pregnant women with qi and blood deficiency syndrome. Methods Totally 140 pregnant women with qi and blood weakness and delivering between February 2018 and January 2019 in our hospital were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 70, according to a random number table. Both groups received routine nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with manipulative treatment combined with nursing based on the traditional Chinese medicine. The initial lactation time, the daily milk levels in the first 3 days after delivery and proportion of postpartum women with breast filling and their satisfaction to nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The initial lactation time of the observation group was significantly earlier than that of the control group (t=1.054, P<0.001), and the daily milk levels of the former in the first 3 days after delivery were significantly higher than that of the control group (F_group=6.141,P<0.001). Moreover, on the 1, 3 and 5 day after the delivery, the proportion of patients with breast filling and the maternal satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05; χ²=5.818,P=0.016). Conclusion The combination of manipulation and special nursing based on the traditional Chinese medicine has a better preventive effect on postpartum milk deficiency in pregnant women with qi and blood weakness, and can improve the maternal satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
