| 摘 要： | 应用多普勒超声评价了１０３例慢性病毒性肝炎患者及３４例正常人门静脉血流动力学改变与肝组织炎症分级的关系。结果显示：门静脉主干直径（ＰＤ）及淤血指数（ＣＩ）与炎症坏死程度（Ｇ）呈显著正相关关系；门静脉最大流速（ＰＶｘ）及平均流速（ＰＶｍ）则呈显著负相关关系；而门静脉血流量（ＰＢＦ）无明显相关关系。作者认为：ＰＤ、ＰＶｘ、ＰＶｍ及ＣＩ可用于评价慢性病毒性肝炎炎症坏死活动度，特别是在鉴别中重度（Ｇ３－４）与轻度（Ｇ１－２）炎症、正常与Ｇ２级病变等方面有较重要意义

| Abstract: | Portal hemodynamics was studied by using Doppler ultrasound system in 103 patients with chronic viral hepatitis and 34 normal subjects.The findings were compared with the histological features.Results showed portal vein diameter(PD)and congestive index(CD)were negatively correlated and the maxium and mean velocity of portal blood,(PVx,PVm)were positively correlated to the histological degree of liver inflammation and necrosis.The portal blood flow(PVF)had no relation to the liver histological features.Quantitative measurements of PD,PVx,PVm and CI were useful in evaluating the progress of chronic hepatitis,especially in differentiation of chronic between severe,moderate(G3 4)and mild degree(G1 2)hepatitis. |
