彩色多普勒血流图及能量图对甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流成像（CDFI）及彩色多普勒能量图（CDE）对甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别的价值。 方法 对60例甲状腺肿瘤患者（良性46例，恶性14例）行CDFI和CDE检查，了解肿瘤周边及内部血流分布情况。 结果 血流显示率在CDFI及CDE中分别为65．0％和90．0％，CDE较CDFI提高25．0％（P〈0．05）。甲状腺恶性肿瘤CDFI及CDE大多数表现为血流丰富，且肿瘤内部血流多于肿瘤周边血流，显示率分别为69．2％和76．9％；良性肿瘤大多数表现为血流稀疏，且肿瘤周边血流多于肿瘤内部血流，显示率分别为69．2％和76．9％，二者无显著差异（P〉0．05）。 结论 CDE在甲状腺肿瘤血流的敏感性和准确性上优于CDFI，但二者对肿瘤良恶性的鉴别意义无明显差别。

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Thyroid Benigh and Malignant Tumors via CDFI and CDE

Objective To compare the evaluation between the colour Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and the colour Doppler energy(CDE) in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumors.Methods Sixty cases of thyroid tumors (46 benign and 14 malignant )were studied.Results The flow demonstration rate of 60 cases was 65.0% in CDFI and 90.0% in CDE;the latter was 25.0% higher than the former (P<0.05).CDE and CDFI showed very vascular in malignant tumors and the flow inside was more abundant than that of the peripheral,The display rate was 69.2% in CDFI and 76.9% in CDE.The flow in the benign tumors was rare,and the peripheral flow was more abundant than that of the inside.The display rate was 69.2% in CDFI and 76.9% in CDE without significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions The sensitivity and accuracy of CDE is better than those of CDFI,but there is no significant difference in distinguishing benign from malignant tumors.
