腹腔恶性纤维组织细胞瘤6例临床分析--附10年国内文献复习

目的：阐明腹腔恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)的诊治要点。方法：回顾性分析我院1994年1月～2004年3月收治的6例腹腔MFH临床资料，并检索同期CNKI-KNS3．5全文数据库文献资料。结果：腹腔MFH临床表现无特异性．主要体征为局部腹块，常由B超检查或CT扫描检出，CT扫描对诊断腹腔MFH和评估手术的可切除性具有一定的价值。腹腔MFH病理学分类以通常型和炎症型多见，无远处转移和大血管广泛侵犯者大多数均能手术一期切除。结论：腹腔MFH术前确诊较为困难，及时手术探查和彻底切除是MFH的主要治疗方法。

The Clinical Analysis of Abdominal Malignant Fibrohistiocytoma:a Report of Six Cases and a Review of the Literature in Recent 10 Years in China

Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal malignant fibrohistiocytoma(MFH). Methods: Six cases of abdominal malignant fibrohistiocytoma are presented and the recent 10 years relevant literatures are retrospectively reviewed. Results: The clinical manifestation of abdominal MFH was diversity, most patients had local abdominal mass revealed by ultrasound and computer tomography. CT scan was much valuable for the evaluation of resectablity. The general type and the inflammatory type of MFH were the main pathological lesions. Most MFH were resectable except for distant metastasis or extensive invasion of large vessel. Conclusion:It is difficult to accurately classify as MFH preoperative and it appears that at least wide "cancer resection," if possible, is the treatment of choice.
