人性化手术室护理对脊髓损伤手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的探讨人性化手术室护理在脊髓损伤患者治疗中的作用。方法将60例接受手术治疗的脊髓损伤患者随机分成2组。干预组在围术期护理的基础上，由手术室护士实施人性化手术室护理，对照组则按传统方式对患者进行常规的围术期护理。2组分别在术前访视前1d和术后第7天采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDs）测评患者心理状况。结果术后SAS、SDS测评结果显示，2组负性情绪均有不同程度的下降，但干预组2次测评结果均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），且实施人性化手术室护理后患者及家属满意度提高。结论人性化手术室护理可以缓解脊髓损伤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高生活后旨．

Effect of humanistic operating room nursing for patients with spinal cord injury on their emotions of anxiety and depression

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic operating room（OR） nursing in treating patients with spinal cord injury. Methods Sixty spinal cord injury patients treated with surgical therapy were randomly divided into two groups. The intervention group received humanistic OR nursing on the basis of perioperative nursing, while the control group received conventional peri- operative nursing. All the patients＇ psychological conditions were evaluated with Self - Rating Anxi- ety Scale （SAS） and Self - Rating Depression Scale （SDS） on the day before operation and the sev- enth day after operation. Results Postoperative emotions in the two groups declined with various SAS and SDS evaluation showed that the negative degrees, but two evaluation results of the interven- tion group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Furthermore the satisfactoriness of the patients and their families improved obviously after the implementation of hu- manistic OR nursing. Conclusion Humanistic OR nursing can relieve the patients＇ emotions of anxiety and depression caused by spinal cord injury and improve their quality of life.
