| 摘 要： | 寻找治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的新方法，改善其糖代谢和提高疗效。方法：采用低能量Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光血管内照射治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病患者３０例，并与常规药物治疗组进行对照。结果：其近期疗效除降血糖作用与对照组基本相同外，降血脂、改善血液流变学及提高体内胰岛素水平均比对照组显著。结论：Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光血管内照射是治疗糖尿病及其并发症较理想的辅助疗法之一。

| Abstract: | Objec tive : In order to seek for a new better therapy for treating NIDDM patients , improve their glucose metabolism and raise treatment efficacy. Methods : 30 cases with NIDDM were treated with low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation and compared with the control group which were only ad- ministered with conventional drugs. The symptoms and hemorrheology were evaluated in both groups after treatment. Results :The effects of treatment group were better than those of control group in near period, the value of blood lipid was markedly reduced , the level of body insulin was obviously increased. Conclusion : Thelow energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation is a better therapy for diabetes mellitus and its compli- cations. |
