各型痴呆患者炎性指标对比

目的:探讨各型老年期痴呆患者基本炎性指标变化特点。方法:分组测定阿尔茨海默病(AD)46例,血管性痴呆(VD)34例,帕金森痴呆(PDD)39例及正常对照组35例空腹血C反应蛋白、白细胞总数、中性粒细胞水平,采用SPSS 16.0统计软件统计,采用协方差分析。结果:AD组患者的白细胞水平较正常对照组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);AD、VD、PDD组的中性粒细胞百分比水平均较正常对照组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中AD组统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。AD,VD,PDD组的C反应蛋白值较正常对照组稍增高,但是无统计学意义。结论:慢性炎症反应全程参与了AD、VD、PDD过程。

Comparison of inflammatory index in patients with dementias

Objective To study the change characteristics of inflammatory index in patients with dementias.Methods C-reactive protein(CRP),numeration of leukocyte and percentage of neutrophil were measured in 46 patients with alzheimer disease(AD),34 patients with vascular dementia(VD),39 patients with parkinsonism dementia(PDD) and 35 normal persons,respectively.For all data,statistical analysis was performed by covariance analysis in SPSS for Windows.Results Numeration of leukocyte in the group of AD was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),percentage of neutrophil in the group of AD,VD and PDD were also significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05,P < 0.05,respectively).CRP levels in the group of AD,VD and PDD were slightly higher than that in the control group,but showed no significant difference.Conclusions Chronic inflammatory reaction may play a role in the developing courses of patients with AD,VD and PDD.
