结肠透析配合尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效

目的:观察结肠透析配合尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效.方法:将80例CRF患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例.两组常规治疗相同,对照组采用尿毒清颗粒直接保留灌肠；观察组先行结肠透析,之后以尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠.观察两组治疗前后临床症状和血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)指标的变化.结果:两组治疗后临床症状体征、Scr、BUN、β2-MG较治疗前均有不同程度的改善(P＜ 0.01或P＜0.05),观察组改善优于对照组(P＜0.01),两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论:尿毒清灌肠治疗CRF有一定疗效,而结肠透析配合尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠治疗CRF疗效更为显著.

Effects of colonic dialysis combined with uremic clearance granule retention-enema on patients with chronic renal failure

Objective To observe the effects of colonic dialysis combined with uremic clearance granule retention-enema on patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods Eighty patients with CRF were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and treatment group (n = 40). Patients in control group received routine western medications and uremic clearance granule retention-enema, and those in treatment group were treated with colonic dialysis combined with uremic clearance granule retention-enema besides the same routine treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms and the levels of serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and β2 micro-globulin (β2-MG) before and after the treatments were observed. Results After the treatments, the clinical symptoms and the levels of Scr, BUN, and β2-MG were ameliorated (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05), and those in treatment group were better than those in control group (P < 0.01). There was a significant difference of the effective rate between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion Uremic clearance granule retention-enema is effective in treating CRF, when combined with colonic dialysis, a better therapeutic effect can be observed.
